Originally developed to map the roles that consumers of a business play in their daily lives, The Salaam Matrix soon expanded to become a complex lens to examine the lives of ‘people’ — a tool equally useful for business and social purposes. (See History.)
In time, it became evident that the tool is more neutral and thus bears complex potential not restricted to being a market analysis tool. This is a LENS through which to examine human life.
